Order Tracking Updates and Other Changes at Out of Play
Hello, friends! I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share some updates and changes happening at Out of Play, our beloved board game accessories shop.
First and foremost, I'm excited to let you know that we've implemented a new order tracking system. I've been trying to find the right solution for a while, and I believe we've landed on an affordable and scalable option that will make it easier for you to stay up-to-date on the status of your orders. If you've received any duplicate emails from us regarding order tracking, please accept my apologies. I was just trying to find the right system that would work for our growing store. If you haven't received your tracking email yet, feel free to reach out to us at info@outofplay.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.
In addition to the new order tracking system, we've also made a few changes to the store's categories and organization. We've removed the "Staff Picks" section, as we felt it was no longer serving its intended purpose. We've also renamed the "Bits to inspire design" category to simply "Other," as we felt the previous name was a bit confusing.
One of the more significant changes is the reorganization of our dice selection. We've eliminated the "Unique Dice" category, as we felt it was creating too much clutter and making it harder for you to find what you were looking for. Instead, we've moved the unique dice options to their respective categories, such as the "7-in-1 Metal Dice" being relocated to the "7DSets" section. We've also made some adjustments to the "D6Sets" and added a "Holiday Themed" category to streamline the shopping experience.
Rest assured, we're not done yet! We're constantly working on improving the store and making it easier for you to find the accessories you need. If you have any suggestions or feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@outofplay.shop. We value your input and are always striving to provide the best possible shopping experience.
Thank you for your continued support and loyalty. We couldn't do it without you, and we're excited to see what the future holds for Out of Play.
