Changes at Out of Play

Welcome back, fellow tabletop enthusiasts! It's been a while since I last updated you on the happenings at Out of Play, and I have some important changes to share.

As you may know, Out of Play was established with the goal of providing a one-stop-shop for all your tabletop gaming needs. We've been thrilled to see the support and enthusiasm from our community, and we're grateful for each and every one of you who has joined us on this journey.

However, as a small business owner, I've had to make some tough decisions recently. After carefully evaluating our operations, we've made the difficult choice to limit our market to the USA and Canada. This decision was not made lightly, but it was necessary to ensure the long-term sustainability of our business.

The primary reason behind this change is the challenge of international shipping costs. As a new business, I didn't fully account for the complexities and expenses involved in shipping our products globally. While we've had a few welcomed sales from international customers, the shipping costs have made it difficult to maintain a viable profit margin.

By focusing our efforts on the USA and Canada, we can better manage our shipping logistics and provide a more consistent and reliable experience for our customers. This change will allow us to continue offering the high-quality products and exceptional customer service that you've come to expect from Out of Play.

I want to be upfront and acknowledge that my inexperience as a business owner has contributed to some of the challenges we've faced. Running a store is a constant learning experience, and I'm grateful for your patience and understanding as I navigate these waters.

Despite the changes, our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our customers remains unwavering. We are dedicated to continuously improving our offerings and finding new ways to enhance your tabletop gaming adventures.

As always, we value your feedback and support. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're in this together, and your input is invaluable as we continue to grow and evolve.

Thank you for being a part of the Out of Play community. We look forward to continuing to serve you and to share in the joy of tabletop gaming.
