Addressing an Oversight: Updates from Out of Play

As the founder of Out of Play, an online shop specializing in board and card game accessories, I regret to inform you of a recent licensing issue that has impacted our product offerings. It is with great disappointment that I must share this news, but I believe in being transparent with our valued customers.

It has come to my attention that some of the miniature models we carried were not properly licensed by the original artists. This means that we can no longer offer these items, as it would be a violation of intellectual property rights. I take full responsibility for this oversight and assure you that we are taking immediate action to rectify the situation.

Effective immediately, we will be removing the unlicensed models from our inventory. This is a necessary step to ensure that we are operating in an ethical and legal manner. I understand that this may be an inconvenience for some of our customers, and for that, I sincerely apologize.

While I am disappointed by this turn of events, I am committed to ensuring that Out of Play operates with the highest standards of integrity. Moving forward, we will be even more diligent in our research and due diligence to prevent such issues from occurring again. I understand the importance of supporting the artistic community and will continue to do so to the best of my ability.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your understanding and continued support. Your loyalty and trust mean the world to us, and we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. Please feel free to explore our TTRPG collection as the new featured collection, and let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you.

Thank you for your understanding, Jennifer Founder, Out of Play
